About

In 2002, after having visited my sister in Colorado and falling in love with the state, I returned to Texas, resigned from my job, sold most of my possessions and moved to Denver.

The call of the “great outdoors” was something I could no longer ignore in my life.

For the last few years I have been exploring the state – enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, working to discover what my true passions in life are, and then creating Get Outside to Get Inside.

My mission is all about helping others find balance and meaning in their lives, sharing the experience of my own self-discovery journey with others thru life coaching and retreats.  If that involves getting outdoors – great!  If it involves simply finding a way to get out of the office and have more free time – that is great as well!  It’s all about identifying or uncovering those hidden passions and desires that will bring more joy into your life.

I have been trained as a professional life coach and have attended numerous weekend seminar/workshops on related topics – all of which will help me to create the perfect program for you.
